Fullscreen Toggle and Various fixes

Added a fullscreen toggle button to the main menu and pause menu

fixed the damage calculations for projectiles (This one's hardly noticeable, everything does about the same damage anyway)

Fixed the diagonal movement to make it a consistent with vertical and horizontal movement (I had done trig wrong this whole time)
